As a family run business, we Invest, Develop, Design and Manage our portfolio in-house.
What makes us unique is we have our own specialist building company that is used solely for the development of our projects. As specialists in commercial developments & new builds, we are able to retain control of our build work, delivering on time and within budget.
All our interior design is managed in-house. We do it all from creating CAD drawings and decorating plans, to ordering furniture and staging each room.
As experts in Property Development Project Management, we also have our own boutique lettings agency that enables us to manage our entire rental portfolio within our agency. We retain full control of the entire project lifecycle.

Our Existing Portfolio
As experts in Commercial property development, we specialise in the conversion of ordinary buildings into stylish spaces.
Over the years we have converted a Nightclub, Bed & Breakfast, Bar & Restaurant, Corner shop, Office, Student Boarding - to name just a few!
In addition to our large scale renovation projects, we are also specialised in New Builds.
We are currently developing a £3 million project for a well-known mental health charity - Mind. The project will see us create a 26 studio HMO from the ground up, split across 3 levels. This is a true representation of our expertise in property development.
The Ethos Behind The Portfolio Type We Work With
We currently own and manage over 100 units. We target working professionals who value our self-contained, fully furnished spaces. Our HMO’s are predominantly Studios featuring their own kitchenettes.
Our apartments are rented fully furnished and all inclusive which compliments our high-end target market.
